Do you ship internationally?
YES
Who pays for customs and import duties for packages sent to international locations?
Exports to international locations are subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches international locations. Additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the recipient of the package. As the purchaser of the product to be shipped to an international location, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations as required by the country you are importing into.
Do you ship to post office boxes?
Yes, via US postal Service. UPS and FedEX cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes. We do not ship COD orders using the US Postal Service, they must ship to a street address via UPS or FedEx.
Do you ship to rural route numbers?
Yes, however, it may take some extra time for the package to reach its final destination and additional shipping charges may be added.
Can I send items to multiple addresses?
Yes, but separate orders must be placed for each shipping address and the $200.00 minimum order requirement must be met for each address. The only exception will be orders that are split to qualify for our Free Freight Program.
How is Sales Tax Calculated?
You will only be charged sales tax for displays in accordance with the state of Arizona tax laws if the display is shipped to an Arizona address.
How will I know that my order shipped?
If you gave us your email address you will receive an E-mail order acknowledgement and tracking number. You may also check your order status by calling us.
Fraud Protection:
We recommend that all customers who are shipping to addresses other than their billing address notify their credit card company of the alternate shipping address. This process is becoming a standard and credit card companies are happy to assist you. Simply call your credit card company and let them know you are placing orders via the Internet and would like to give them (bank) an alternate shipping address.
What Can Be Returned?
Your 100% satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority. Our return policy is simple: As long as the item is in "as-new" condition, you may return your purchase with the original packaging within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
How to Return Merchandise:
Please call for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any merchandise. Any returns made without prior approval will be refused. A restocking fee of 15% or more may be charged for used, discontinued product or items damaged due to poorly packed return boxes. Special orders and custom products are not eligible for return.

We strongly suggest you ship returns by a service that offers shipping insurance and tracking capabilities. Merchandise returned by other means or that is lost or damaged in transit is still your responsibility. (We do not accept C.O.D.s).
Do you reimburse for shipping?
Only if the merchandise being returned is due to an error on our part (e.g., flaw in workmanship, wrong item shipped).
Damages or Shortages:
Any claim for damages or merchandise shortages must be made immediately upon receipt of merchandise, otherwise the claim may be denied. You must save ALL package contents and packaging materials for inspection by shipping company in order for credit to be issued.
Payment Method:
All prices on this site are in U.S. dollars. All orders will be sent COD-Certified Funds unless a completed and approved credit application has been filed with Silver Streak. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Wire Transfers.
Your credit card is charged at the time your merchandise is shipped. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until that item is available and shipped.
NOTE: All export orders must be prepaid.
Once I've placed an order, can I cancel it?
As long as the order has not been shipped and invoiced you may cancel it. We cannot cancel orders for Custom Imprinting, Labeling, pre-pricing, or special order merchandice once the order is in production. Please call Customer Service 1-800-526-9990 to cancel your order.
